LPSinsp: Lightning Protection of Buildings for Inspectors (ADK: D-5/105)
The knowledge is focused on assuring of the lightning protection of buildings or objects through initial verification and periodical inspection regularly. Basic and additional protection manners taken, inside building and outside building protection, SPD protection, test and measuring methods used and appropriate reporting can limit the risks as low as reasonably practicable. Checklist for the compliance of the complete building protection, all electrical and other installations shall be inspected, evaluated and reported. Use of lightning system installation tester is a part of the training. Candidate receives the knowledge on evaluated parameters, the limits suggested from the standard and the examples of PASS or FAIL results.
