Company Atraktor respects your right to privacy and strives for the highest level of protection of your personal information. When providing services, we are obliged to comply with the laws and regulations governing the protection of personal data.
Company Atraktor undertakes that we will not sell, lend or otherwise transmit any personally identifiable information that you provide to us upon registration or when ordering, or information obtained from you because you visited our site, except in cases specified by law.

PERSONAL DATA
Website visitor
Each time you visit our site, a log file (IP number, browser version, visit time, previous page name) is automatically stored on the web server. We process this information to monitor the performance and statistics of visits to our site. You can find more information at the bottom of this site.
To use some of our services, you need to enter on our site your company name, address, name and VAT ID, mobile number and email address. The processing of this information is essential for the performance of our service and if you do not wish to provide us with this information, we will not be able to send you an offer.
These personal information is stored and processed by the company Atraktor until written revocation of the user. The user may at any time request in writing that Atraktor permanently or temporarily discontinue using his personal information. Atraktor is obliged to suspend the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes within 15 days and to inform the individual who requested in the next 5 days. The costs of all actions in this respect shall be borne by the Atraktor.
Data users
Your information collected on any legal basis will be used in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
The Atraktor may, within its jurisdiction, disclose your personal information to the following data users:
- postal service providers, shipping service providers, file and data carriers destruction service providers;
- information technology service providers within software maintenance and servicing;
- Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia and other institutions that have a basis in law.
Atraktor (data manager) may also forward the collected personal data to its contractual processors, who process the data exclusively within the scope of the data manager’s instructions and authorizations and are bound by a written contract signed with the data manager to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.
Sharing of personal Information
Atraktor does not share personal information with third parties, third countries or international organizations. An exception is the statistics on site visit and usage that are collected through the Google Analytics online platform. The information we provide is anonymized so that the analyst cannot identify the data subject.
In its General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, Google Analytics ensures compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and confirms that it has obtained the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework certification. Google Analytics allows users to customize the settings for processing their data using Google Analytics. See the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information.
We only keep your information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the individual information was collected and used, namely:
- web server log files are kept for 3 months;
- all data relating to business cooperation (contracts, order forms, event registration) are retained for 5 years after the end of the cooperation based on the concluded contract or if there is a different legal storage period (eg accounting or tax data), the retention period is 10 years; data processing is restricted during this time;
- your contact information for direct marketing purposes is processed until your cancellation.
How your information is protected
Data manager will protect the data obtained in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and in accordance with its internal acts. The data manager shall provide adequate organizational and technical protection. The data manager will not transmit or disclose the information obtained to third parties. Atraktor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data.
After the need for data management ceases, that is, after the purpose for which the data was collected is fulfilled, the data is destroyed or deleted.
Your rights
In accordance with the provision of Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), you have the right to ask Atraktor to confirm whether or not they are processing your personal data. If your personal information is being processed, you can request a printout. Atraktor will provide you with a copy of your personal information that are processed. At your request, the Atraktor will also provide you with other information regarding the processing of your personal data or the relevant links to this information, regarding the purpose of the processing, the type of personal data, who or what categories of users are users of your personal data, the estimated period of retention of your personal data, the existence of your right to request from the Atraktor the correction, deletion or restriction of the use of your personal data, and the existence of the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia. If Atraktor did not obtain your personal information from you, they will indicate the source of the receipt of your personal information.
If the Atraktor has obtained your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time without negative consequences for you. However, if your consent to the processing of individual personal data is linked to the acquisition of the right or the fulfillment of the services of Atraktor, in this case you will lose the right or you will no longer be provided with certain services of Atraktor.

In order to prevent potential misuse, we will need to make sure that you are indeed the person for whom you request information about the personal information we process, so when in doubt about your identity, we will ask you to provide additional information or proof that you are the person who is entitled to claim information.
